In December of 2015 ACA was contracted by a prime contractor on behalf of the Department of Energy to provide expert advice for the loading of Uranium U308 for transport by air charter from Kazakhstan for export. ACA designed and provided the load plan and sent a representative to Kazakhstan to observe the loading process and answer any questions the shipper and regulatory agencies had. This represented the first time the Kazakh National Uranium Company exported by air transport.
