Grammy Artist Tour Stage Kit

• Project Scope In late 2024, ACA was contracted to provide cargo charters for a Grammy Award Winning Artist’s Asian tour. With a very tight schedule and scheduled tour stops in Singapore, Jakarta, Manila, Tokyo, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Seoul, moving the stage equipment between stops required precision and professionalism. Some flights needed to maintain their schedules to within minutes to ensure enough time to set up the stage for the next show. Dispatching ACA personnel on site to oversee the first pallet buildup and flight operations and closely coordinating each flight, the tour was a success without any show disruptions due to the traveling stage equipment. When one tour stop needed to be cancelled due to local issues, ACA provided alternative options to the tour for moving and storing the stage kit while awaiting the following show. The logistics behind the biggest entertainment acts are as carefully planned and executed as the shows themselves, ACA relishes the challenge presented with these opportunities.
